Schengen Visa is issued from the Embassy of any of its participant country in which a condition have to be fulfilled. You need to plan your travel and decide in which of the country you are going to spend the maximum tenure of your stay that would be termed as the main destination and visa will have to be applied from that particular Embassy, in case there is no such destination or you have to spend the equal number of days in different countries then the first port of your visit will be termed as the main destination.
